We are delighted to share our most recent pupil questionnaire results.

91 pupils (84.3% of the school roll) responded to the recent pupil questionnaire.  We are delighted with the responses, which indicate that pupils are very happy at Woodlane.  The very few disagree statements will be explored further and support offered where required.

What do you like most about the school?

“What I like most about this school is there is zero tolerance for violence.”

“That the TAs and teachers make the school feel like home.”

“What I like most about the school is that teachers and TAs treat me equally.”

“GCSEs being available.”

“I like theme days and my hard work.”

What would you like to change in the school?

“I think the school is perfect, so not much needed to change.”

“The changing rooms.”

“A whole borough party.”

• On average 99% of pupils agreed/strongly agreed with the statements (all set in the positive mode).
• 99% of pupils believe Woodlane is a good school (1 pupil strongly disagreed).
• 100% of pupils believe they are taught well. 
• 100% of pupils believe teachers expect them to work hard and do their best.
• 100% of pupils think their work is assessed helpfully so they can see how to improve it. 
• 99% of pupils believe that pupils at Woodlane behave well (1 pupil disagreed).
• 97% of pupils have an adult in school they can talk to if they have a problem (2 pupils felt they do not have someone they can talk to).
• 99% of pupils believe staff treat all pupils fairly and with respect (1 pupil disagreed).
• 100% of pupils believe the school helps them to be independent.
• 100% of pupils believe the school is interested in their views.
• 97% of pupils think worthwhile homework is set regularly (2 pupils disagreed)
• 99% of pupils feel the school deals with any problems so they feel safe (1 pupil disagreed).
